Im not exactly feeling better because some stuff happened these past months and it's not so good? (And I was shaking uncontrollably like 30 minutes ago so yeahhh....) I still feel stressed although my counsellor says my anxiety is basically gone. (But I haven't told her about anything so I don't know) It sorta helps getting it out. Sorry if I annoyed you. TvT
