Technique - 7.9/10. This definitely depicts what a Luxio could look like in skin form! My only nitpick is that for a second, I thought it was a bearded blue dwarf, but maybe that's just me.
Quality - 7.1/10. I loved how you were able to take my advice from last time and put some form of shading into this skin, albeit a small amount. Despite this, it's got it's own charm and "kawaiiness" to it that makes it irresistible.
