the maniacal head of Desperado and the winds of destruction, Sundowner gets his name from the sundowner wind phenomena that causes the Californian wildfires. In game, Sundowner uses the dual HF machetes which can turn into a pair of shears and explosive armor plating which attaches to his back. He is a cruel, sadistic, and entertaining cyborg warrior, seeing war as human nature, and an easy way to make money. Overall, he's another example of how insanely interesting Metal Gear characters can be.
