Mutated CreeperMan is just a man that got in to many creeper explosions, and the "radiation" from the explosions caused him to get infected and mutate, which in return, turned him into a 4 faced creeper, and man like form. The man cant blow up, he just scares everyone away from him, and he is full of blood from 1. the mutation ripped his skin open to a never healing state, and 2. he fights off PLENTY of zombies and skeletons!
