A Necromancer's apprentice sent away to the depths of the Nether to study the fungi, only for the portal to crumble, preventing any way out. This 'Nethermancer' has grown old, and adapted to the harsh environment of the underworld. He has survived on little food gained by hunting hoglins, and without a change of clothes, his red robe has been torn many times. His time in the Nether has made him a master of potions and brewing, learning all the tricks of the trade, and many recipes unbeknownst to the overworld. But, alas, without a way to return, this wizard is forced to try to rebuild the portal he came through, or die trying...
