I made this creeper skin to Disco's oCd texture pack: http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/ocd-pack/
I give alot of credit to Disco! I admire his work and love all of his things. :)
It might look a little weird as a character but if you put it in the texture pack folder it will look like a normal creeper.
to put it in the texture pack folder, open the texture pack folder with winRAR or 7zip etc. and copy the creeper skin inside the mob folder named as "creeper" and it should work.
