This is sort of a fanskin for louier. I fell in love with this skin of his, and he gave me permission to redo it. ;v;
I feel like she probably has an epic backstory, but it's not my character so I won't write it, lol.

This is probably the last teen-ish skin I'll be posting for a while. There's a skin in the works that I'm really proud of so far; it's sort of a compilation-type skin like Kefka's, but the concept is something I've never seen done (in this style, anyway). I'm also brainstorming a kind of follow-up skin to that one, and it probably won't be a teen skin, either, although it conceivably could be.
Feedback is appreciated; the colors on this skin were a lot of fun to make. c:
