This is a furisode kimono (formal kimono) and hakama I made for February. The color combination I've used is called "sasanoao" (bamboo green) and it is good for winter (https://wafuku.wordpress.com/2011/05/15/japanese-colour-names-seasonal-combinations/). The pattern on the kimono features shou-chiku-bai: sasa (bamboo), matsu (pine) and ume (plum blossom). There are plum blossoms and petals on the hakama hem. The obi peaks out at the front but the knot at the back is what actually holds up the hakama (the hakama is tied above the knot) so it is not visible.
The kanzashi in her hair are plum blossoms and petals. The hair is done in the traditional shimada hairstyle.
The collar is folded with the left side overlapping the right (as it should) and an additional white date eri is added underneath the kimono collar. The back of the collars are pulled down to reveal the nape of the neck. As footwear she is wearing zori (sandals) and tabi (socks), as should be done with formal kimono. The zori have kinkoma, as in gold brocade.
Kimonos are a hobby of mine and I hope I've gotten most of the details right! ^____^
