This is a custom skin in the Minecraftia Legends line I like to call "The Chunk Tinker". They are the ingame counterpart to Minecraft Modders. These skins are 1.8 exlusive for now.

~Description~
"The Chunk Tinkers have the ability to tweak the world around them, as well
as the inhabitants that reside within it using the gear carry, called "The Revisifier".
The machine is redstone powered. They can use the operational end of
the device on their arm to connect to what they want to modify in the world.
They can also use it for combat, but doing to uses up a lot of energy. The
machine is powered by the operator's heart, so too much output isn't
exactly a good idea... They also specialize in world repair, as their work can
often leave... "leaks".. The Chunk Tinkers have to wear special headgear,
as it is not uncommon for void particles to spray into the face of a careless
tinker. Void particles, you see, are extremely radioactive. Side effects from
coming into contact with them can include, but are not limited to:
Blindness or blurred vision
Trouble breathing
Hallucinations
Loss of consciousness
The illusion that you are Chuck Norris
Blah Blah Blah. Now that might sound dangerous, I know. but the job is
perfectly safe! Though too much exposure can lead to death... Falling into the void
source is especially not advised, as it can lead to [DATA EXPLUNGED]. Due to these factors,
