It is rumored that when a person is bitten (and/or sometimes scratched) by one of these monsters, they become cursed with Lycanthropy. A terrible affliction that dooms all who have it to painfully transform into Werewolves themselves on the night of the Full Moon for the rest of their life.

They're mostly mindless & savage beasts who will attack nearly anything or anyone that they come across. The only known way to kill a Werewolf is with anything made out of silver, usually in the form of a bullet to the heart. There is currently no known cure for Lycanthropy... Yet...
