In the contest, you're supposed to take two PMCers and merge them into one skin, and in this case, I took two of my favorites and put them together!  It includes TheDuckMiner, who makes some awesome art, and Skelly_Toon, who has some pretty good content I like.  It's not exactly #1, but I decided I'd give the contest a shot because I've never done one of these before.  :)
