Decided to put a template I had made for making skins to use the moment I'd finished it. Shiny outfits that aren't based around metals are rare, and I usually end up making my own skins, as I prefer using my own skins anyway.
Based the outfit around thigh-high boots and went for a gentler shine on the PVC so the rest of the outfit's shading would be noticeable, adding to certain areas of the legs with the armor layer. The PVC looks more like patent leather, but seems a better choice than just slamming 255,255,255-white down for shine. Took a swing at hair, hopefully to at least decent results.
As this is a rather adult skin, just hopping into any server with this isn't recommended, unless it's more lax or belongs to a group of friends.
While the material is assumed to be PVC, it could technically be perceived as leather or latex, so I added those to the tags too. Not nylon though, nylon is just an insult to the existance of canvas.
Inspired to make this because one of the better skins I found with actual thigh-high boots was par at best, with its author griping about petty, personal schleck in the description and comments.
Trivial Comments:
-Just how often is the "armor layer" actually used for armor?
-I wonder how out of place this looks, standing atop the abstract structures I build?
