Ullr saw that people at a snow(Not much snow yet) village were struggling to get people to come and ski at their resort. Because they had been so loyal to their fellow gods, He decided they deserve what they needed, thus He brought up a large snow storm and dropped it right onto the little village. He made sure to make it weaker so they could withstand the strong, whirling winds. After the storm was over, the villages people walked out of their cabins and saw TONS of snow. They started to tell all of the surrounding towns and so people started to visit the village and ski on the slopes. Today, all is well with the Village :)
