This is a skin of Vincent van Gogh. When he was not painting, chowing down on lead paint and kerosene, chilling in a hospital or an asylum, or getting into fights with his roommate, he was really depressed.
In a moment of extreme depression after his roommate left, he sliced off a portion of his ear and mailed it to a prostitute. Why? Well, it may have has something to do with the fact he ate lead paint.
The whole story behind the eating of the paint was since he was a painter, he needed a fast way to clean off his brushes in the field. So, when he did not have water or anything handy, he would simply stick the brush in his mouth and suck the paint out, then return to his picture.
Van Gogh was believed to have several disorders and diseases, many dealing with sight, which is believed to be one of the reasons he painted the halos around lights, and has a very yellow tint to everything.

I made some odd choices with the palette in this. I wanted to keep the color count low, so the colors are not accurate in the slightest.
