hi, this is my first "spooky" skin of the month

this is for Kaos_Kitten's oc-tober event

the theme was to make a halloween outfit for a character, or to just make a spooky character

i chose to make an outfit for my adopted character neera

it was originally actually going to be a clown/jester costume
but it turned out to just be a cute little witch

i have a lot of skins to make this month and i'm not ready for any of it
witch me luck

(and yes, i'm totally entering this into the event just so i can get that sweet sweet trophy treat)
