here we have another request from CaiGuyCrafter. was never a huge fan of xicor, or really most fan created content centered around dragon ball in general. however, i kinda like his design and am still always surprised toyble/toyotaro, the current author behind the db super manga, is responsible for bringing him and db AF into existence.
