I've made an MCPatcher CIT texture pack that lets 1.8.9-1.12.2 clients with Optifine shows netherite armor and items on 1.16+ viaversion servers. Useful for PVP y minigames.

Works well with TMI(I made the 1.8.9 one by myself) and ViaForge on 1.8.9, but these custom items didn't show on 1.12.2 JEI/HEI favourite item sidebar.

If u want more 1.13+ item textures to be added, just reply below or ask me on Github.

Update: added 1.13 Trident, Turtle Helmet & 1.14 Crossbow too

Hi, i can confirm that this texture is amazing, no one think about this idea before but i have some quetions:
is it including the smithing table texture?

and are you planing to make one that backwards most of the new items from 1.13 to 1.20.1 for 1.12.2 client?
if not can you give me some advice how can i make it myself i'll apreciatte it

I don't think placed blocks textures can be shown.



You can fork on Github and make PRs if you add stuffs

hello, what should I do if I want to add several of my items to this resource pack? and how can I do it in the simplest way? And where did you get all these ID items if IDs after 460 simply do not exist, and in the resource package there is admissible 600?
