!!! FIX FOR ENDERMAN / SPIDERS BELOW !!!
Comparing Minecraft to chess, chess also uses pieces and like chess I personally never like it when the pieces are changed too much untill they become unrecognizable. On the other hand it’s still nice to have it all look a bit more fancy than it is.
I made this texture pack to give the illusion that blocks and entities are a bit more let’s say ‘touchable' as if it were toy blocks, just giving them a bit of a 3D structure. Like if you could feel them irl they wouldn't all be smooth but would have different surfaces.
Combining this with a nice shader (personal preference of course) it all becomes just a bit fancier without losing too much of the trusted Minecraft environment you know so well.
If you look very closely you can see that the diamond and gold ore blocks are animated slightly, I did also with the oven and some other textures.
Optional:
Using optifine’s ability to have more versions of a mob I also added some different coloured mobs to give these good old mobs more of an individuality, as if there are really different but again with the thought in mind not to make them unrecognizable. I also added different ethnicities for the villagers.
If this is an option you do not desire then delete optifine folder within the zip file, look for the assets > minecraft > optifine and delete this folder.
It is considered finished but in the end I might add some updated stuff or come across something I need to fix. If you find any flaws please leave a comment so it might be fixed in the future.
IF YOU HAVE BLACK ENDERMAN AND SPIDERS DOWNLOAD THIS FILE
This occurs with certain shaders, download the mini texture pack below and put this above vanilla 3D layers in your active texture pack list. Now the enderman and spiders should look like normal again.

Really vanilla style in the first look but then when you come closer you can see the details in each blocks/items
But what bother me is the stone texture... It's like he is sick and have buttons really strange but it's cool anyway
But it seems that the UI is not changed ?
Are you planning to reduce the quality of your resource pack ? (128x or even 64x ?)
I know that making an resource pack is very time demanding but when the 1.15 gonna be released, after approx. how much weeks (I think that it's speak in weeks and not days) this resource pack gonna be fuly updated ?

size, it lacks some detail because it's 128x instead of 256x... but man
the FPS! Would you mind giving it a try?

Maybe give it some time and it will grow on you ;)
