Sorry was away for a minute don't know if you will read this, Optifine is required, these are Wood Signs Renamed on the Anvil, so for example, with this pack installed, if you take a Spruce Sign and Rename it on an Anvil, Spruce Chain Bed , the Spruce Sign will turn into a Spruce Chain Bed, Look above, it'll be a Spruce Chain Double wide bed, take that item and place a Item Frame on the Wall, second block up from ground, Place That Bed inside the Frame and Voila you'll see the Chain Bed, Place any color beds inside of these to complete the look, hope this helped.
