Project Retired Carbon started out as an experimental pack for me to get used to the tools for making resource packs and to try my hand at some pixel art, for which I was inexperienced. I never expected it to get some of the popularity it had gotten, and I thank everyone that used and supported it along the way. As of the time of me writing this, the pack has not been updated in over 8 years, and I lost many of the improved assets that were going to be added in an update. I will not be working to create new assets, however if I find old files, I will be glad to share them. Beyond that, the project is retired. Thanks!

Carbon is a resource pack designed to provide builders with a clean view of the Minecraft World. It was built, pixel by pixel, to satisfy users who enjoy building Modern, Sci-Fi, and many other themes of creations. Running Minecraft with Carbon will be very easy on your computer, as it is only 16x16 pixels, the same resolution as the Minecraft default.

Every block is meant to improve builds not only in the builder's eyes, but the eyes of others. Carbon does this by complimenting the builds in it's style, but remaining relatively neutral so creations of other styles may also be appealing. Carbon is also very visually compatible with other resource packs, so visual conflicts remain at a minimum.

Carbon is meant to be used in either Survival or Creative game modes, and will not affect game play. Please note that it is not totally complete, and that a few objects may remain untouched or incomplete, which is why I listed the pack as only 70% complete.
