Charles' Pixels is my first really big resource pack after a long time of making small changes and seeing how things work in resource packs. I love Coterie Craft (resource pack) so you might see some slight inspiration where I just couldn't make things look good. Currently I don't plan to work more on this resourcepack so a little disclaimer - there are some untextured things. If there are any textures you really don't like tell me a suggestion for it and it could be changed.
The current screenshots are behind a few versions now.

I like the subtle look of this pack, but the stone textures look a bit too dark. For example, cobblestone/ stone bricks, especially if compared to the stone slabs.
Also, there seem to be borders on the sand texture, which is a shame because other than that, it's a really awesome texture.

This texture pack has some great potential. It definitely feels smoother and more natural than the original textures, with tolerable noise levels. The colors are all within the same saturation range, allowing for fair cohesion. There are textures that feel too flat, or too purposelessly noisy. Otherwise worth checking out. Final rating, 7/10. Artist needs little work to appeal to most players.
