Why is it less detailed than usual? You could've used a program like paint.net(and other programs) to just change the color of the redstone to blue!

if you want to work in 1.14 you need to change items file to item and blocks file to block

No 1.13 and 1.14 have the same file formats. 1.12 is blocks and items and after-1.12 is block and item.
