-First off, you aren't supposed to make a file named DiamondNetherite style.
-Pretty sure the manifest.json is also named wrong. I could be wrong though.
-It isn't items but item.
-The armor files are also named wrong. It isn't just Diamond_1, it's Diamond_layer_1.
I understand the texturepacks on Java work differently, so it's okay to make a few mistakes. Could you edit it and reupload it though?
