Almost all the textures doesn't even change no matter if they get spawned at the snow (it works with the slimes and zombies but not with wolfs creepers etc

No, it doesn't require shaders, though it's more noticeable with shaders. It does however require optifine for some significant parts of the pack

The biome specific creeper feature does not seem to work for me, nor does either of the glowing textures. I have Optifine 1.14.2. Are these functions not working or did I do something wrong?

Currently I don't have the creepers biome specific though I'm working on the script to make such possible, as for the glowing textures they're normally more noticeable with a shaderpack such as SEUS or BSL.

The glowing textures are not glowing in the slightest, the parts that should be glowing are solid black. I'm really hoping this can be fixed as this looks like a really great pack.

I think I may know what your problem is now, do you have Emissive Textures Enabled in your Quality Settings?

It was on, I tried disabling and re-enabling it and in doing so I saw it glowing for a split second and then it went back to black. The creepers glow but not as they do in the pictures (even with shader packs.) Ghasts begun to glow when I used shaders but still not how they look in the photos.
