Hello there in this pack you will have glowing Lapis Redstone and Emerald block like seus ptgi shader and if it isnt working make sure you have enabled emmisive textures in Quality seetings under Video settings and you will need optifine to make this work.

How to download-

First click on the download button then you will be redirected to a website on the top right corner you will find a skip button after 5 seconds click on it then you will be redirected to mediafire download the texture pack from there and move the zip file to your resourcepacks folder this can work on any 1.16 mc version.
