How to download
drag and drop in your ".minecraft" "resource packs" folder. (to get there, type %appdata% in your library, then go to ".minecraft", then open the map called "resource packs".



What to do if it doesn't show up in-game:
You might want to make the .zip file into a regular folder. To do that, just open it with WinZip or WinRar or whatever program you have. Then press the "Extract" or "Extract To" button and make sure it's destination folder is in the "resource packs" folder. DONE!
