This is my first texturepack so all feedback is highly appreciated.
This has been tested on my old laptop, Went from 14 fps to at least 25-30.

Smooth doesnt affect maybe only by 1 or 2
Its still 16x16 so its the same resolution. under 16x16 increases fps no this texture pack.. Just saying..
And why does it say its a 256x256 resolution texture pack.. O.o
And make this a 8x8 texture or smaller because other wise it isnt a lag decreasing texture pack. :/
