I decided to make every custom weapon or armor set netherite to streamline pvp; you wont see a custom item and have to question its strength thats way. The only exception is weapons or armor that is blatantly a certain material, like the diamond daggers. If you want to change it on your end, just edit the covid_vaccine.properties file to replace minecraft:iron_sword instead of minecraft:netherite_sword.
