All the pre 1.14 villager resource packs I tried claimed to restore the villagers to how you remember them, but it's like they just imported the old textures without even playing the game with the resource pack. The other villager restoration packs all give the villagers hats and slightly longer cloaks, this is because those details were originally on the textures but not visible because of how the model cuts off the textures back then, but they become visible now. Took the time to manually edit out all that nonsense to bring back the old villagers.
There are multiple versions to choose from. This pack includes the badges the villagers get when leveling up, and the other doesn't, choose what you like.
