I would like you to add these:
Katana
Dark Katana (Katana but with a nice purple colour)
Kunai
Dark Kunai (Same concept as Dark Katana)
Chainsaw
Machete
Bloody Machete
Hatchet
Police Baton/Officer Truncheon
Riot Shield/SWAT Shield (Rename Shield)
Club/Truncheon (Rename Wooden Sword, Wooden Axe or Stick)
Hope I gave you enough ideas!
I thought about making some japanese styled weapons some day maybe as a bigger update but I'm not too interested at the moment so can't say when that will come. But of course they will since so many enjoy that style.
The clubs are a good idea. I was thinking about what to do with the wooden weapons.
Chainsaw could certainly be fun since I enjoyed making animated textures (even if it didn't work out) when I made a muzzle flash for the guns, so even if it's not my style since I prefer working with items from before the mid-century I may still do it.
Maybe I can make a texture pack like that with vanilla swords and axes to see what it would be like...
I will probably call it the bloodstained swords pack.
I will make the sword and axe textures like:
Wood:
58 = Small chip in the wooden sword
35 = Small stain of blood
20 = More blood stains and a slight crack on the sword
5 = Blade snaps in half
Stone:
130 = Small Stain of blood
100 = Blood covers a fraction of the sword
75 = Blood covers half of the sword
20 = Blood drips down near the handle
8 = Tip of blade comes off
3 = Blade snaps in half
Gold:
30 = Stain of blood
20 = Blood covers half of the sword
10 = Blade snaps in half
5 = Blade is very short
Iron:
254 = Blood covers half of the sword
170 = Blood drips down near the handle
80 = Blood covers the entire blade
20 = Tip of the blade comes off
5 = Blade snaps in half
Diamond:
Basically same as iron but with higher durability.
Netherite:
2030 = Blood covers majority of the sword
1200 = Blood drips down to the handle while covering the entire blade
500 = Tip of the sword shows a small bit of diamond and gold
200 = Half of the blade becomes a mix of diamond and gold with blood on it
50 = Most of the blade is just diamond and gold, and the tip breaks off
5 = Blade snaps in half
I might actually make a texture pack with this
I might also make a standalone pack for the netherite sword breaking, revealing diamond and gold.
