A port of StormDragon77's Shinier Rails pack.
This pack just makes rail tracks shinier and removes the iron texture from powered rails since they're not crafted with iron. I made the rails shinier to look more like iron and to match the powered rail texture.
I got permission from StormDragon to make this pack, don't worry. (check the comments)
Credit for this pack idea goes to WandererReece who gave [StormDragon77] the idea for gold powered rails.
