This pack just makes rail tracks shinier and removes the iron texture from powered rails since they're not crafted with iron. I made the rails shinier to look more like iron and to match the powered rail texture. Works in 1.16.2+
This pack is included in Stormilla, a much larger pack that has lots of tweaks and updated textures like this one.
Credit for this pack idea goes to WandererReece who gave me the idea for gold powered rails
