Hey, I was bored, so I gave 3-dimensional models to some common blocks and items that I thought should already have them. I didn't change the texture files much, so it might be compatible with faithful packs (put them on top)

There's a bunch of glitches with the doors and crafting table and it's kind of x-ray-ish, so you might want to watch out on servers with overactive anti-cheat stuff (like Hypixel). I've included a version with blocks and one without. They're zipped together, so extract the one you want.

As always, don't care if you use it in vids, or edit the pack or stuff, it took me like 5 minutes to make each model.
