Done for the Nether Empire 5 jam [15Mar-27Apr, 2024]
Basically a mob skin that needs to be a texture pack to properly utilize the helm layer for the crown and load as three high.
This is the mob concept for something more ambitious that I don't think I'll figure out how to do by deadline.
The expanded mob concept would have Wither Kings spawning as a stronger variant of Wither Skeleton at some percentage [10?],
☠ equiped with Gold Swords [w Fire Aspect],
☠ and a chance of various Gold Armor [potentially enchanted],
☠ the Coal drop would go to 100%, and
☠ 1x Soul Sand would be added as a rare drop (player kill only)
☠ (skull drops would be unaffected).
[Hopefully I'll get back to this after I figure out how to change mob generation/spawning and loot tables.

Among other differences, mine is the only skeleton class 'king' to utilize the helm layer & load at the proper height.
[Lot of years in academia when that sort of thing is taken quite seriously. ]
