Was Pop-Reel! (I think)
I admit: I'm obsessed with pixels. I take things to the extremes, seeing how small I can make my stuff. This is the product of that obsession. It might take a while to get used to, having a different tone and all that. This is supposed to have a plain, smooth, cartoony-ish feeling to it. Everything was made as small as possible without distorting the image. Might help those with slow computers.
Like how a site that republished this pack put it:
"This pack is about how small things, put together, can something wonderful."
Nice one guys!

Note: This is no longer a 4x4. It now has a rainbow of sizes:
1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, 8x8, 9x9, 10x10, 12x12, and 16x16.
WHERE DID THE PINK STRIPE BETWEEN THE ENDERMAN'S EYES COME FROM!??

This is a really big update: things are no longer just 4x4. It fit some, but others needed a bit more resolution. So, I gave those more resolution. Meanwhile, some textures got less res. Now, this contains a rainbow of sizes, mostly under 8x8.
Also edited the GUI background (still kinda rough, gotta work on it more) and the HUD.
