The hard-drive whirs,
And the monitor flares
As the wannabe stirs.
Engulfed by a naive dream, ensared
By a belief that one could be like their idols
Just by posting things online.
But their hope topples
As the statistics tell them, that it just isn't so.

Five views, in one week,
Most are the wannabe's own.
He moaned, but did not shriek.
He felt like his post was a tombstone
In a botanic garden.
He just did not understand
How his own creations were any different
Than the work of any other star's brand.

Rage fueled fingers fly into action,
Typing profanity and hatred into the world,
Creating a blazing distraction,
Metling the floodgates to reaction.
The fans roll in, warning the user
To buzz off and be gone.
And finally, the Admin intervenes and bans this abuser,
Making this flame war done.

But, the wannabe has won.
Through the defender's retention,
He has got what he always wanted,
As he was simply, expecting attention.

This is poem is my way of trying to show how I see haters and people who post poor content. In my view, all they are looking for is attention. So what's the best thing to do? For haters, don't give it to them. For people who just post bad stuff, help them, give them tips and advice, so they can grow, and be like the stars they look up to.

Also, I know I've been inactive, but I'll be doing my best from now on to at least post once every 2 weeks, so I can work on stuff, from poems and stories (which I enjoy most) to articles and stuff if I feel one is necessary. Maybe even builds and maps when I have them done!
