You guys remember the fallout mod made by Verfugungstrupp? Well it's coming back! I now have full rights over it. The old features were:
+Five Different Raider Mobs
+Enclave Officer and Soldier Mobs
+Vault Scientist Mobs
+Super Mutant Mobs
+Brotherhood of Steel Outcast Mobs
+Brotherhood of Steel Paladin Mobs
+Pip-Boy Completed
-Pip-Block Removed
+Radroach added (Temporary skin though)
+Abandoned Vaults Randomly generated, I think
+Wasteland Biome
-All other Biomes Removed
+Stimpaks
+Broc Flowers (Temporary Skin)
+Enclave Power Armor
+Outcast Power Armor
+Regulation Power Armor
+Radiation Suit
+Empty Syrynge
And he planned to add:
-Spawn in Vault 101
-Megaton
-New Vegas
-Robot Mobs
-Radiation
-Ghouls
-All Fallout Weapons
-All Fallout Chems
-All Fallout BugsMutated Animals
-Mothership Zeta
-Point Lookout
-2 Different Storylines
~Fallout 3 Storyline: You Spawn in a Vault, escape, find your father, and finish Project Purity, then you start the Broken Steel missions
~Fallout New Vegas Storyline: You get "resurrected" after being shot by a Vegas Hotshot named Benny. You track him down, and decide his fate, then you have the choice, help the NCR, help the Legion, or help support an Independent Vegas
-Radscorpions
-Cazadors
-Randomly generating Raider camps
-Randomly generating abandoned towns and houses
-Randomly generating Vaults (Unfortunately, they will all be named Vault 101, due to my lack of a team. See Below)
-Randomly generating small towns, like Primm, Goodsprings, and other towns.

-And a whole TON more
What I plan to add:
2 new world types (select on main menu)
-Fallout 3 Wasteland
-Fallout NV Wasteland
They both would have you do his plans for the mod (most at least).

-Storyline (Yes, will add NPC's)
-Free Roam
-DLC (all)
-New Mobs!
-Chems and Healing items
-CITIES! (With trading system!)
-New Armor (LOTS)

-HD Textures
Fallout NV info will be released when I feel Fallout 3 is at it's peak...

à à à I haven't been on planetminecraft.com lately because of the school year taking up most of my time. Now that our finals have been cleared, I would like to check in to see where the mod is going. I would like to retry the mod this summer and hopefully we can work on it as a team. Now, I said I gave you the rights to the mod, but I would like to discuss re-possessing the rights to the mod and sealing it with a Creative Commons Mark. If you do not want to give up the rights, I would gladly like to help you finish the mod now that my java skills have increased greatly. Please, consider my offer.

I would like to hear a response in the next few weeks or so. If I do not hear a reply describing whether I receive the rights back or not by June 1st, I will furthermore assume that the rights are mine. I do not want to pressure you at all, but I would expect that dealing with this would resolve in less than a week.
