Hello,
Today I am going to teach you how to always see in the dark in minecraft like you have a night vision potion that never stops. This is not something you can change in the normal settings and requires a very small amount of technical skill.

First you want to navigate to your minecraft folder which is by default on windows is located at
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
Now for most people you will get to the folder with your username but will not be able to find AppData. If this is you go to the search box on the bottom left by clicking the windows button and type in %appdata% then press enter and double click the .minecraft folder that should be near the top.
This will bring you to your minecraft folder

Secondly, in your minecraft folder find options.txt and open it in any text editing program. I use notepad++. Then look for the word gamma. This word will have a number next to it. Usually between 0 and 1 so it could be 0.5 or 1.0 or 0.7. Now we want to change that number to 4.0 This will make minecraft much brighter so you can see every block no matter how dark.

Also this is undetectable by everyone on every server exept by you. The only way for anyone to find out is if you tell them or they stalk you.
