To start off, n00b stands for :

Outstanding.
Outsmarting.
Bacon.
Some people say n00bs are Trolls, but n00bs are completely different.

1.The first thing you do when you log on a new server is say something like this:
n00b:duds i com frum panet mineraft to reviu ur sever.
mak mi admin/mod. (Remember to have lots of spelling mistakes so the other players get scared)
2.Respond negatively to anything they say to you like this:
Player one:If you keep spamming you will get banned
n00b: STFU GTFO U SPAMMERS
3.Outsmart the people on the server by getting angry (typing all your letters in caps) and threatening to hack their server like this:
n00b:IF U DOND MAKE MI AMIN I HAK U SEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4.Listen to what people say in the chat.If they mention the word(s) ban/banned/banhammer that means you have succeeded in your mission, but it may take a while to crown you admin so wait.
5.Learn this and you will soon be Administrator of all the popular servers!
