Hi guys, here is a little tutorial for you as i have not made many. This blog is telling you how to survive your first night! I hope you really enjoy this, as i am not so good at tutorials so you might hear some crap. :)

1) First of all, you obviously have to build a house so, I would say wood is the starter! Go punch some trees until you have an estimate of how much wood you want for the size of your home. I would recommend a small home until you have the right resources, such as iron - diamond tools.

2) Once you have got your wood sorted out, you should defiantly build your home. This is the most important step!
You should build it in your own style.

3) Get your stuff! Next you need to get some chests, crafting table, furnaces and of course, some tools! Out of the spare wood or some wood you have, you can craft some chests and tables.

4) Now for the furnaces! The good thing is while your mining, you can collect your iron ore and coal, for tools and smelting your actual iron of course! Iron is the basics of all tools, obviously stone and wooden come before it but iron is usualy "The Best" until you find diamonds.

5) Once you have found your iron, coal, collected some cobble for a furnace, you should start heading home before them evil creatures of the night come! on your way, collect wool for a bed. using a bed skips the night time so you can live quicker. You dont need to use it if you dont want too, but its great decoration!

6) Lets get to the additional step. Craft 'em tools! In my opinion, i would craft an iron sword, pick, axe and shovel. You can make a hoe to complete the collection if you wish.

7) Slay em mo' fo' s ! Bored of sitting around? got 1 or 2 zombies waiting outside your house for you? well, luckily, you made an iron sword! I think you can guess what you can do next, huh :) .

8) Whilst inside your house, you should start ordering chests and putting some torches down. Dont go mad with the torches, just put them in the corners and if thats still dark, you should put 1 torch in the middle of the wall at the highest point it can go. Keeping your house neat and tidy is the best thing!

9) ordering your chests is simple of course. if you think its hard, please dont think that! its simple. and if you dont know how to order your chests, well i will give you some ideas! in one chest, you should just have all ores ready for smelting in it. In another chest, maybe you can put your valuables! Iron, Gold, Diamond ETC. You should always have a junk chest where you can store your dirt and other stuff like cobble and gravel.

10) (Sun comes up, burning in the sky) Wow! can you believe it?! YOU SURVIVED THE FIRST NIGHT! Now that you know how to survive the first night, maybe you could teach the newbies how its done. Maybe show off a little?

The best thing you can do now is mine some more for more valuable ores. You cant just stick to iron. you need some gold and diamonds in your life! Diamonds are great for both tools, armour and decoration! did you know that diamonds are used for making Juke boxes? there great for when you have some friends over that, um, Like to parttttyyyyy !
