Hello bloggers! Today I am here to let you all in on an interesting little secret; There is a glowstone and staircase glitch in which the light will have a small white glow when a staircase piece is place in front of glowstone in certain ways. It is both easy to do and incredibly simple. It is very good for creating interesting rooms with cool/trippy lights. Here's how to do it;

1. Place glowstone into a wall.

2. Place stair pieces (The following images will show you several variations of doing so.)

Or you could do;

(Sorry the images are huge)

Well, I hope this concept helps any builders out there. Personally I have already found it to be quite useful in my latest project for creating interestingly lit rooms as the cover image demonstrates.

Thanks for reading!

I found that glitch a while ago too with half slabs! Except I used it to make an entire Lazer-Skirmish-style-PvP map! It took a while to make but looks awesome with different colours!!
