Thomas is an 18 year old boy who is one of the people. At the age of 7, his father was lost in the mines. he fell into an unexplored cave and was jumped by zombies. the cave was then lit up and explored. The only thing they found of Thomas's father was his pickaxe, which was then given to Thomas, who had to fend for himself. After the day of his father's death, he then vowed to find a way out, no matter the danger, and try to bring as many people as possible(hint, hint, multiplayer ready) he tells his friends, his neighbors, and his girlfriend about his plan. they all think he's crazy and don't go with him. he still has to go in the mine,he tries to prepare, and find a way to the surface.
