Video games seemed to be tougher the farther back you go, but i'm not talking about tough as in today's game like Dark Souls, Demon, Souls, Ninja Gaiden, etc. But I mean tough as in they made you figure things out by yourselves! How many games do you know today that have a GAME OVER pop up? It's like the people who make these games need to guide us through everything we need to do. Honestly, I feel like Navi is following me around in a game with pop ups, and don't get me wrong, I loved OoT, and it actually made you think a bit, you actually had to read the text to figure out were to go, instead of just pop it up when you go. But honestly, compare today's games to something farther back, like the first Castlevania, were you had to use ALL the weapons instead of the just the whip, or when a GAMEOVER sign comes up when you die instead of just restarting were you left off. We don't need someone holding out hands through these games.
