It's now 5:00pm and Delta is lost from what just happened previously. "W... who are you? And what do you want from me?" Delta 202 asked nervously. The man told him "Heh. Don't be afraid. I'm Epsilon 405. I do not think that's my name but I'll keep it. This other two is Omega 153 and Zeta 624." Delta 202 query with his response. "Epsilon 405? And he said that is not his name?" Delta 202 glances around. He is in the place full of scraps. He wonders. "Is this part of The City? What is this place?" And suddenly asked, "W... where are we?". Epsilon 405 answered, "We're in the side of The City Scrapyard. We just wander around here as outlaws." "Outlaws?", Delta 202 wondered. He mumbles with thoughts, "Are they're bad guys? If they are, I must get away from them as soon as possible."

"Huh? You seems... confused. What's been on your mind?" Epsilon asked. "N... nothing. I must be tired and lost.", Delta answered. "Hmm. Well, I'll take you to our hideout. It's not safe for you here when guards are looking for you.", Epsilon 405 said. While Epsilon 405 is walking Delta 202 to his hideout, he told him about what happened. "If you're wondering what just happened, we're trying to save you. We heard another citizen turned into Howler and due to the fact that you turned into one, it's hard to save you. So we planned to capture you but not take you hostage."

The hideout of the outlaws' entrance are in the corner of the Scrapyard. It is a giant reeking sewage pipe inside with plenty of doors and bridges to go through. As they enter the room, Delta 202 saw that it is a moderate size room that fits 20 people. The people inside the room are almost similar like Epsilon 405, some aren't.

"B... but you haven't answered my question. What do you want from me?", Delta 202 asked again. Epsilon 405 responded, "I already said it and that is to save you. Plenty of citizen turned into howler not just because of the environment, but because of the pills. You're not the first person who turned into howler. All of us here are howlers like you and we are much worse taking that pills." "Howlers?!" Delta 202 was shocked with the answer. His eyes widened. Epsilon 405 said, "Yes. We're howlers, bud. We're doing our best to survive from the City and save other citizen that turned into Howler. You're one of the lucky one that we found. Most who turns into one didn't make it. They've been immediately executed into the Chamber as far as I heard."

There are so many questions that are not answered. What else do these pills contain? Surely, it can make the citizen sleep but what are we not seeing? And Howlers are being executed in the Chamber? Delta 202 haven't heard of the Chamber before. He is being filled with anxiety. What is this place? This is more of a prison than a city.

It's now 7:00 pm. The guards are hunting down Delta 202 and the rest of the outlaws who helped him. All the sudden, sirens can be heard from the City Scrapyard entrance. One of the guard said, "This must be the place. Search them! Hunt them down!"
