you might think that the faithful texture pack edited things and it's hard to make the textures but it's not you don't have to edit any thing go terrain.png and dont edit any thing just make it a 32x32 and bam you have faithfuls texture pack. And if you want your tools to be the same just make it a 32x32 so there you have it the secret behind faithful.
