So, I have been putting together a server file download, and I put in a bunch of plugins! As many other server admins have wondered in the past, what are the best plugins?! Well, here they are! *(in my opinion)* If you do not agree, please leave comments below, with why you disagree and ideas for ones to put into the list!
Plugins included:
Anticheat -detects players cheating and will warn them, then kick and ban them
ChatBukkit
ChatManager
Chatter
CraftBukkitUpToDate -automatically checks for craftbukkit and plugin updates, and downloads them to the bukkit_update folder
Essentials -a ton of helpful commands
EssentialsChat
EssentialsGroupBridge
EssentialsGroupManager
EssentialsProtect
EssentialsSpawn
Factions -create factions, you probably have seen these in other servers
iConomy -creates a great start for an economy on your server, by adding in money
mcMMO -gives points, money and rank for skills, like mining, fishing and so on
Multiverse-core -what allows you to make multiple worlds on your server
Multiverse-inventories -different inventories in different worlds, good for preventing people from taking items
Multiverse-netherportals -allows you to make portals to different worlds with nether portals
Multiverse-portals -make portals to different worlds
Multiverse-signportals -make portals using signs
NyanStone -make toggleable bridges, gates ect.
PermissionsEX -the permissions plugin!
Serversigns -make signs with executable commands
Timeismoney -give your players money for spending time on the server
Vault
Votifier
Worldedit -you should either know what this is, or look it up...like now

CoreProtect - an amazing antigrief plugin. VERY strongly suggested.

i now support groupmanager and added that to the list. I also have a permissionsEX file available for download if you're interested. I also added core protect.
