It's happened. Our favorite servers have run out of money to continue, it got shut down, never saw those people again. The owner didn't want to run it anymore, it got shut down, never saw those people again. We've all experienced Server Death, even our own.
I am writing this because I was inspired by something I read, somehing so true about a MLP  RP server and what would happen to it when the show ended, and really, what was said there goes with any lost server.

I remember posting my thoughts about what will happen when the show ends in an other thread. Long story short, I don't think 5 will be the last, they once said there would never be a 3rd season and look at where we're at now. I believe the fandom will last a lot longer than the show and places like this will be sacred to the remaining fans. When Twi and her friend's adventures end, you may still make your own here or somewhere else on the web. If it's any consolation, I'll be keeping this place around as long as there's even just 2 people who still want to rp. Even if worse came to worse, the friendships I've made from this fandom will last me a lifetime. It doesn't matter if hasbro stops, if the creative individuals stop, or if this server stops, no one can take away the amazing time I've had and the amazing people I've gotten to call my friends :3

And that's exactly it: The server's gone, but guess what isn't? The memories. You still have them. And all around, the people in MC have helped me become.. Me! I will always have them close in my heart because they've helped me grow and mature.
If it's Ashur, where I started my journey into real staffhood (I'd been staff before, but it had never really had that importance), or Invader Gaming, where I learned a lt of which I know now, or to Maxi, where I got to make friends through a love of roleplay. They'll all shut down one day, but we're all together in the end.
