yaba didu! Hello my planetminecraft friends! Today I will be discussing one of the most controvercial and talked about topics this year by most politicians and minecraft players: There's too many godam staff on this godamn plane!
Now of course the statement above is very much exagerated. But nevertheless it is still an important matter. A few days ago I logged on to this server, wish I could tell you the name (its so funny XD) but lets just call it: Ghetto Server. So I log on to Ghetto server and am instantly bombarded by 10 staff. They all teleport to me, shower me with diamonds until im clean and SPAM (quite tasty) Welcome to the one and only Ghetto Server!
Ill admit that shower was nice and refreshing but the staff kept tping to random locations and flying over me like vultures as I moved around. I felt like prey and thats never a good thing. Now 10 staff is ok for a server of with a good player base but this Ghetto server could only house 20 unlucky players. Now if 50 percent of your player base are staff... you got an issue.
So we come back to the problem now. There are too many staff on planes. ahh I meant servers. So how do we solve this problem? Simple: server owners out there, add 1 staff member per 10 players (if its a demanding server), if its a self automated server you might not even need staff! So if your average amount of players per hour is 10.... All you need is you :D Now when your server grows pick some of your loyal players to be staff and BAM! Problem solved! Gotta say an interesting guide to come out of someone who a year ago wrote one on "How to get OP on any server" although I do agree with that guide, someone like that would stand out to me xD

But, i def. konw what you mean, i've had experinces like this before..where im trieing to play with freinds,
and the staff is being... OVERLY freindly. to the point of trolling. we end up leaving the server to go somewhere else.
I know there trieing to keep you there and have some fun.. but...COME ON!!!
dont hound us for 30 minutes straight. Troll us, and go :) Let us explore and build and have fun on your server with our freinds.
Then, maybe we'll help donate and keep your server going, cause we like it, and we like you :)
I love hear horror stories from players on servers. I was once on a server where the dad had OP'd his 10 yr old son. and the son was BAAAADDD. Trollled, banned or kicked.. or muted or jailed,
just cause he dared you to fight him... and he lost. :)
We'll be happy to NOT spread the word about this server ;)
we only advertise and help servers that have a A B or C rating .
from what it sounds like, this server would get a D or F rating from members.
