Over the next few days at the hospital, nothing much happens. Every other day John visits me, at times he'll bring me a newspaper, many times mentioning another death caused by the thing that bit me. When my boss came to visit me I thought he was going to fire me for missing all those days. However I was wrong.

"Y-Yes sir?" I ask.

"Well, since I have no proof that this was your fault," he says "...sadly (for him anyways,) I must give you time off."

"Paid?" I ask raising my eyebrows.

"Paid, I hope, to see you at work soon," he says as he walks out the door, clearly this bothered him.

                The day after I go back to my apartment, John knocks on my door, wondering what he had for me or what he wanted to say, I answer the door.

"Come in."

"You will be shocked by what I found," he says, looking ecstatic.

What is it,  just tell me," I say.

"Well first, have you wondered who attacked you?" He asks

"Uhh," I say, really with all the panic I havn't put much thought into that.

"Anyways," he says "I found out about a gang called Venom."

"Venom?"

"Yup" John answers "Their symbol is a circle of blood with two fangs in the middle."

"I saw something like that on the hood of my car..." I say, remembering the horror I felt "... I knew it was a gang symbol, or something like that. Why is that the symbol though?"

He says "Because if they want to kill, usualy they send a strange spider they have after them."

"So that's what bit me!" I yell

"Yeah, and it looks like they hang out at the old factory, look" I glance at his laptop and see the old factory with the Venom symbol over it. Then, a smirk creeps up my face.

"I think I've got a plan"
