There are many ways to make a good blog, but here's some things that may make your blog more popular:
1. Make sure your blog isn't to short.
2. Get something that others like reading, look at what blog subject is most popular.
3. For stories, usualy people like suspense, action, and stuff just plain creepy!
4. If you have the time, people enjoy series!
5. In reviews, tutorials, ect. try to be descriptive and explanitory.
6. With art, add a varity of color and detail.
7. Many people enjoy a good sense of humor.
8. Don't mispell words repeatedly and use proper grammar.
9. Try to catch people's eye with something like a special font (bold, italic, underline, ect.)

But I will try to fix some of these misakes.
My other note is that blogs-and any post for that matter-need a cover related to what they're talking about. Sorry, bro, but I don't know what upside-down Creepers have to do with the art of blog writing.
